R.L. Coolsaet Construction is a family-owned pipeline contractor that was founded in 1936. What started as a water and sewer contracting company soon moved into the oil and natural gas industry after World War II, and we have been supporting the installation of both transmission and distribution facilities as a union contractor ever since.
